Guide to Free & Cheap Summer Movies {2017}

Summer in Cincinnati offers an endless array of outdoor fun–pools and splash pads, playgrounds and parks, amusement parks and our amazing zoo. But what happens when it’s rainy or you are just too hot and tired to enjoy more fun in the sun? Well, Cincinnati has a huge selection of cheap and FREE summer movie programs all around town.

Regal Movie Theaters

Choose from two movies each week and enjoy $1 admission every Tuesday and Wednesday. Shows start at 10 AM. Find a list of movie selections and participating theaters here: Summer Movie Express.

Cinemark Theaters

The Western Hills, Florence, and Milford locations are offering a 10-ticket punch card for $5 online or $10 at the box office. You can get one here: Summer Movie Clubhouse.

Showcase Cinema Springdale

Bookworm Wednesdays treats kids to a free movie each week in exchange for a book report. Find out all the details at Bookworm Wednesday.

Northgate Xscape Theater

One free movie a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Doors open at 9:00 AM; shows start at 9:30. Check Northgate Xscape Films Express for details and changes.
