Free and Cheap Summer Movies in Cincinnati 2018

Summer in Cincinnati offers an endless array of outdoor fun–pools and splash pads, playgrounds and parks, amusement parks and our amazing zoo. But what happens when it’s rainy or you are just too hot and tired to enjoy more fun in the sun? Well, Cincinnati has a huge selection of cheap and FREE summer movie programs all around town.

Cinemark Theaters

Rave Western Hills offers a 10-ticket punch card for $5 online or $10 at the box office. You can get one here: Summer Movie Clubhouse.

Showcase Cinema Springdale

Bookworm Wednesdays treat kids to a free movie each week in exchange for a book report. Find out all the details at Bookworm Wednesday.

Northgate Xscape Theater

One free movie a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Doors open at 9:00 AM; shows start at 9:30. Check Northgate Xscape Films Express for details and changes.

Boone County

Boone County has scheduled movies on select Friday and Saturday evenings throughout the summer. Check the Parks and Recreation newsletter on the Boone County website for updates on show titles. Pre-show fun provided at 7 PM, including a bounce house and slide. Movies begin at dusk. Boone County Summer Movies.

Eden Park Cinema in the City

The Mount Adams Civic Center offers three evenings of entertainment in Eden Park this summer that will include music, concessions, raffles, and activities for the kids. Festivities begin at 7 PM.
