Fall is one of our team’s favorite seasons! We are so fortunate to have so many local farms offering family fun year round – but especially in the Fall. Make sure you set aside some time this season to support our local farmers by participating in the festivities!

Fall on the Farm @ Blooms and Berries Farm Market

Located in Loveland!

There is tons of fun to be had for all ages at Blooms & Berries Farm Market. Enjoy a 30-minute hayride through I-Spy woods to a pick-your-own pumpkin patch. Get lost in the 7-acre corn maze or try the 15 min kids corn maze for young families. Don’t forget to say hi to the farm animals, take a cow train ride and simply relax while the kids explore the farmyard fun area including a giant corn pit, two-story slide and sound garden. Tons of beautiful family photo ops!  Your admission fee gets you an all-access pass to a day of farm fun.

Tuken's Orchard & Farm Market

Are you looking for FRESH? Then you can’t go wrong this Fall at Tuken’s Orchard & Farm Market! Gourds, Indian corn, acorn squash, and pumpkins – everything you need to make your Fall heart happy. While you are there,  check out the “Critter Corral”, navigate the kid’s patch just next to the petting zoo and stop by their farm market store for even more delicious goodies to take home. Freshly picked vegetables and a plethora of their own fruit preserves, pickles, sauces, & healthy snacks and even an old-fashioned candy counter. Tuken’s will begin harvesting their pumpkins at the beginning of September. All pumpkins (pick your own or pre-picked) are priced by weight. Wagons are available free of charge.

Burwinkel Farms

During the month of September, this farm in Ross transitions from a produce market into an October Fall Extravaganza. The farm offers a variety of activities for all ages including corn mazes, scavenger hunt, straw tunnel, corn pool, sunflower field, goats, and weekend hayrides to a pick a pumpkin from the patch. With over 20+ varieties of locally grown apples, as well as all your fall decorating needs, Burwinkel Farms is the perfect place to take your family for corn stalks, gourds and pumpkins of all sorts, Indian corn, apple cider, mums, and fun for everyone!

Fall activity hours are weekends in October 11am-7pm.
They also welcome scheduled weekday groups of 12 or more.

Neltner's Farm

Neltner's Farm

For just $5 (ages 3+) you can enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride, model train display, an expansive corn maze, pick-your-own pumpkin patch, petting zoo, homemade food and ice cream, farm shop, crafters, pottery, face-painting, wine-tasting, seasonal apples, folk art, live music (1:30-4:30pm). Barrel train and pony rides are also available for $3 each. We legitimately can’t think of a better use of a fall weekend!

Christ Fellowship Church Pumpkin Patch

A long standing community event hosted by Christ Fellowship Church with a large selection of orange and white pumpkins, gourds, mini and pie pumpkins, squash, mums and hay bales for sale. There will be plenty for the kiddos to enjoy, including a corn maze to venture through, tic tac toe with pumpkins, checkers, pumpkin “bean bag toss”, two pools full of corn to play in, a slide and basketball hoop to goof around on and a “ photo spot” to capture those memories.

  1. Wendel Farms in Brookville, IN is also a great one! They host weddings/reception also. Great hay ride, huge corn maze, pumpkins,farm animals, playground, shop,mums, jellies, all kinds of great fall things.

  2. What I am looking for is a farm that has giant pumpkins?? As a child, my father would take my sister and I to pick out the biggest pumpkin we could find at a local pumpkin farm that grew giant pumpkins. We would often come home with a pumpkin between 200 and 300 lbs!! This is a tradition I want to continue with my boys. I need suggestions though for farms in Cincinnati area that have them! Help!!

    • I was just at Neltner’s Farm this past weekend and they had some big ones… not sure they were THAT big, but I wouldn’t have been able to carry them!
