Planning a special night can seem like a lot of work, but it really doesn’t have to be. I teamed up with Whole Foods Market to host a Mom’s Spa Night In for a group of hard working mama friends, that only took 30 minutes to prepare. Because honestly, who has more time that that?

Let’s start with the fun stuff. Whole Foods Market has the best beauty supplies.   All of their beauty products are free from over 75 ingredients that may be harmful to your skin.  My absolute favorite is their Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay Mask.  Not only is it cheaper than some of the other masks, you can actually feel your skin being cleansed and refreshed.

After the mask, I like to use the Spectrum Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil as a moisturizer. They have different scents and I get the lavender one to help promote relaxation. I also provided 2Chic hair masks. You pop them in the microwave for 18 seconds and leave it on for a few hours. You can set up a manicure station and use Whole Foods Market’s own Dry Skin Hand Cream, which doubles as a foot cream. These mamas will feel like brand new women and ready to take on any toddler tantrum or teenage battle that comes their way!

One of the things unique to Whole Foods Market is Magnesium Flakes.  Magnesium is similar to Epsom Salts, but are longer lasting and have added benefits like relaxation, muscle relief, headache relief, and can soothe anxiety (pretty much nature’s Chill Pill).  I used these in the foot soak to help relax everyone along with Lavender Essential Oils.

A spa night is not complete without refreshments designed to make you feel pampered as well.  Create your very own Spa Water by adding fresh strawberries and basil to the pitcher.  Sugar the rims of a few fancy glasses and you have yourself a refreshing drink.

Don’t forget about the pre-made sushi!  You can pick from so many varieties. Who doesn’t love sushi? It’s a healthy, good-for-you appetizer!  You are spoiling your guests and you don’t have to cook. Winning all around.

One of the best things about Whole Foods Market is their cheese selection.  You can always count on a cheese sample when shopping in this department and their knowledgeable Cheesemongers are always on hand to offer a suggestion or help you select the best cheeses for your event.  If you’re looking to save a few dollars, be sure to check out their bits bin- featuring cheese slices for $4 and under.  They are the perfect size for a smaller get together and you can try a large variety.

They also have a huge selection of assorted cured meats.  To make it easy, I went with the 3 pack of Italian meats.  It is ready to be taken out of the package and put on a plate and the best part is that none of their meats have nitrates or nitrites.  So simple and time saving, which is crucial when it comes to making sure you are relaxed at your own party!

I always love a veggie tray. Pick a couple veggies and a cup of Greek yogurt. Add a little lemon juice, garlic and dill to the cup of yogurt and you’ve got yourself a healthy vegetable tray.

I always check the Whole Foods Market app for some amazing digital coupons that you can’t find in store.  Sometimes they even have coupons like $5 off $20 in produce or $10 off $40 in the meat department!  You really cannot beat those deals!

My absolute favorite grab and go item from Whole Foods Market is their Mochi Ice Cream and of course every mom deserves a sweet treat.  These little Japanese bite-sized balls of ice cream with a sweet rice dough are perfect to cut up and share! They will be the talk of the party and you didn’t even have to lift a finger to make them! With all of these fabulous products from Whole Foods Market, your Spa Night In is sure to be a win!  Enjoy!!
