We are happy to announce that our CMB team is growing!

Meet Roynette:

“I was born and raised in Cincinnati and now live in Fairfield, Ohio with my family. I have 6 kids including a set of twins: Devin, 18, Destiny, 13, Arissa & Jaden 10, Cameron, 8 and Jordan, 6. I enjoy spending quality time with my children and doing the many fun things around Cincinnati that I enjoyed as a child. When I am able to have me time, I like to watch an array of TV series from Crime Drama to Supernatural based shows. I also enjoy cooking, traveling, reading books, basketball and spending time with friends and family. After college I spent many years as a Manager of a Non-Conforming Mortgage Department but when things became bad for the Mortgage industry I started my own online magazine. I am the President and Founder of SayWhatNews.com an online entertainment magazine that is the media outlet for up and coming artists and the go to place for all things entertainment. I look forward to sharing my experiences as a Mother of 6 amazing children and all things Cincinnati.”

If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
I would love to spend the day with Oprah Winfrey and shadow her for the day. I have so many questions I would love to ask her about being a media mogul and also discuss ways to continue to help change the world for the better. I would especially want this to occur the weekend she gives her Legends Ball so I could be in the presents of those I admire and who have made history in the world and in entertainment.

If you were a crayon, what color would you be and why?
If I was a crayon, hmmm I would be the color Pink because Pink has always been my favorite color as a child and Pink brings out the girl in me.

What song would you sing at karaoke night?
I have actually participated in karaoke night before in small bar in New York (Oh, the memories lol). I would want to sing EnVogue’s hit song, “Hold On”. It’s a song that gets the crowd going.

Who would you call for bail money?
If (and I say if strongly), that should ever happen I would call my big brother because my mother always said that if we ever called her from jail she would not bail us out (she raised us better than that).

If you had a warning label, what would yours say?
Warning: This woman has a caring heart but she can spot a liar a mile away!!!

If you had to eat at one Cincinnati restaurant for the rest of your life, what would it be?
LaRosa’s, they have the best Pizzas in town and Chicken and Fish hoagies.

What is your favorite place to take the kids in Cincinnati?
Just naming a few: Kings Island, Cincinnati Zoo, Children’s Museum, Coney Island and Winton Woods Park. I sure do wish Americana was still open, now that was a fun amusement park.

What is your favorite thing about being a mom?
My favorite thing about being a mom is watching life through their innocent eyes. It’s amazing watching my kids experience/learn new things. And the unconditional love I get from my kids.

What is your least favorite thing about being a mom?
My least favorite thing about being a mom would be the worrying. The world is such a cruel place and I worry about their safety when they away from me or at school. I cannot protect them when they are so far away and I even think about what will happen after I die. Especially with my youngest son who has cerebral palsy. I worry about that daily: who will take care of him the way I love him and take care of him after I am gone? This is why I am making sure I raise children that love the Lord, that are self-sufficient, respect others, and give back and help those in need.

Welcome Roynette!
