It’s the season of gift giving! When looking at our list of people we buy for, everyone has that special someone who deserves something extra special. The person that we appreciate so much but we never seem to express it enough. Maybe it’s your babysitter, your child’s teacher, a friend, or even a coworker that makes work bearable.
For me, that person is my mom. She is my babysitter and helps me out so much with my son. Without her, I would not be where I am. So this Christmas I wanted to come up with a truly special gift for her.
I wanted to get her a little pampering kit and something she would never buy for herself. I knew I had to start at Whole Foods Market because I wanted only the best ingredients in her gift.
Enter: Her R&R Basket.
Whole Foods Market has a whole section of bath salts and sugar scrubs that they make in house. You can grab as much as you want and put it in a container. I got her some of the Cold and Flu to have on hand for this winter season. That product is a life saver. You just drop it in the bath whenever you start to feel sick and it will pull the toxins out and help relieve congestion. The magnesium also helps with aches and pains. Gift giving tip: Put the salts and sugar scrubs in little mason jars to make your gift sparkle.
I also grabbed her some of the Lavender sugar scrub and the Whole Foods Market Dry Skin Hand Cream. I have been using this lotion for over a year now and my hands have never felt silkier. It is made with 20% shea butter, argan oil and olive oil. Cracked hands in the wintertime are never fun and this hand cream is a must.
Right now Whole Foods Market has a limited time Soy Wax Candle set made with Essential Oils! I am a big fan of natural candles because I don’t like to fill my home with toxins. They smell better and last longer. The scents are Frankincense & Cream, Iced Balsam, and Winter’s Night. These candles would also be perfect gifts for teachers, co-workers, neighbors, and friends.
Whole Foods Market has so many other gift giving ideas for everyone on your list. Here are just a few simple ideas for you to grab and go. They even have a gift wrapping area so you can take care of wrapping in the car on your way to the party!
Teachers, Postal Workers, Bus Drivers, etc– These little poinsettias, trees, and plants are the perfect little holiday touch to brighten anyone’s day and help decorate a holiday table.
Party Host– Running to the party and forgot to bring something for the host? Never fear, Whole Foods Market is near. They have a great selection of wine and even have bows on the bottles for that added gifting touch.
