Birthdays Done Right with Goldfish Swim School

This post is part of a sponsored relationship with Goldfish Swim School in West Chester, but all opinions expressed are 100% those of the author. Several moms on the CMB team strongly endorse the Goldfish experience!

bday1Recently, my daughter and a very good friend of hers were given the amazing opportunity to celebrate their 7th birthday with an incredible party thrown for them by Goldfish Swim School in West Chester. I use the phrase “thrown for them” intentionally, because I did not have to do much of anything. This, in my busy mom opinion, is the number one reason to have your child’s next birthday party at Goldfish.

They take care of literally everything.

decorationsFrom the super cute invitations, (ready to be filled out with your party specifics), to the yummy cupcakes, to the tropical themed interior, (which really makes you feel like you are someplace special), Goldfish Swim School has a complete birthday package.

bday2Having so much taken off my plate meant that I could actually show up and just enjoy the party. I got to watch the kids swim and have fun and talk with the other grown ups. It was so LOW STRESS!

And if this wasn’t a good enough reason all by itself, I haven’t even told you the second best part.

You get the entire place to yourself.

Yes, you read that right. The entire facility is reserved during your party time just for you and your guests. This makes it infinitely more special for your kiddo and so, so nice for your guests when it comes time to get out of the pool and get dressed and take advantage of the (CLEAN!) showers, dressing rooms and blow dry bar to dry the kiddo’s wet hair.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff of Goldfish Swim School at the beginning of our party and they had everything ready and waiting. The kids were able to take their safety swim tests almost immediately and were in the pool having a blast for most of the party. **Of note, children under the age of 5 will need to have a grown up in the pool with them. And children 5 and older will have to take a swim test to make sure they are safe in the water. If they don’t pass, Goldfish has life vests for them to use.**

bday3Swim time was followed by cupcakes and drink… juice, water and COFFEE for the adult guests. Goldfish does not provide additional food, but you are welcome to bring in what you want. I opted to keep it simple with pretzels, chips and fruits snacks, but they will help you order pizza or you can bring in more substantial fare. They do have bowls and utensils for you to use.

Both of the birthday party guests of honor declared the experience “awesome” and their grateful mamas have to agree. For more birthday party info, head to the birthday party page for Goldfish Swim School in West Chester or give them a call at 513-857-1700 for more information.

Our party guests certainly headed home home happy and tired. When kids fall asleep in the car on the way home, you KNOW it was a great party.
