mom's guide to blooms and berries fall on the farm

There are a few things in life that bring me absolute childlike joy, and one of those things is FALL. I love everything that comes with Fall – pumpkin patches, Fall home décor, Halloween, Fall festivals… ALL OF IT. We are so fortunate to have so many great options for ringing in the Fall season in Southwest Ohio, but the absolute crown jewel is Fall on the Farm at Blooms and Berries Farm Market! My 4-year-old and I visited Blooms and Berries during their opening weekend, and we had a blast. There is SO much to do at Fall on the Farm, and I never felt like I was being nickeled and dimed during our time there.

Attractions

When we walked through the gate, the first thing my daughter wanted to try was the Bee Train! {Pro Mom Tip :: have your camera ready as they come around the corner – I snagged so many great photos and videos of my daughter having the time of her life!} Next, we headed over to the Pumpkin Bounce Pad – yep, you read that right. It’s a giant inflatable bounce pad in the shape of a pumpkin. As a parent, I am so appreciative that Blooms and Berries went the extra step and covered the bounce pad with a shelter so that the kiddos can have a place to play in the shade! All of the kids were having a blast on the bounce pad, and it’s definitely an attraction you will have to convince them to leave!

When I finally convinced my daughter to check out the rest of the attractions, we went over to see the 40-animal petting farm! This was such a cool experience for my little animal lover; we saw cows, donkeys, alpacas, ponies, and more! Although the petting farm is included in your ticket price, you can choose to purchase cups of animal feed to share with your new furry friends.

If you are a fan of Fall fun like I am then you know you HAVE to squeeze in a hayride and corn maze during the season – and that we did! The hayride is perfect for kids as they have fun characters to look for in the woods while you make your way to the corn maze. {Pro Mom Tip :: Make sure you grab the map for the corn maze before you get on the hay ride – we made that mistake and had to follow around a few other families with maps so we knew how to get ourselves out of the corn maze!}

Fall on the Farm at Blooms and Berries is such a magical place for kids and after you visit once, you will definitely make it an annual destination! The staff at B&B has truly put so much thought and time into every detail. Not only will your kids have fun, but grown-ups will enjoy themselves as well. Make sure you stop by their beautiful Beer Garden and grab yourself a cold adult beverage to enjoy while your kids are playing (open Friday-Sunday, 12-6PM).

Fall on the Farm at Blooms & Berries certainly delivers all the flavors of Fall we’ve come to expect: fresh apple cider, popcorn, baked goods, fudge, and more. Be sure to try the signature Caramel Apple Float! On the weekends, the Hot Dog Stand is open as well. {Pro Mom Tip :: You are even welcome to pack your own lunch – just no glass containers or outside alcohol!}
